CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. (No shows will be banned from booking) I understand emergencies happen. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to work with you.
